Part-time Admin Assistant
Wanted for immediate start, part-time admin assistant (hours negotiable, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm). Dealing with telephone enquiries from potential clients and making appointments for surveyors to visit them; producing quotations with the utmost accuracy to post or email to clients after visits; dealing with insurance claims & ensuring correct procedure is followed; assisting with general office duties as required.
Full training given on bespoke software (Moveman) but experience of Office inc. Outlook preferred. Flexibility on hours to cover absence & holidys may be required.
